I had a great experience with Drivo this past weekend. Shaun was super helpful and provided a free upgrade as a nice bonus. I was satisfied with their prices and paid exactly what I expected to per my estimate in the agreement. Drop-off was very seamless once I made it to the location. Newark traffic, in general, is bad so give yourself plenty of time. I was 30 mins late from my expected drop-off due to +45 mins of unexpected standstill traffic a few miles away, but wasn't charged extra which was a relief.

It was truly an excellent experience renting with Drivo. I was notified and reminded as soon as we landed at JFK. Directions to the car rental company were precise. The shuttle from the airport to the rental company was on time and it was a short drive. The check-in process was quick. 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car was clean and spacious.
