Well I am really happy with the results and service, great coustomer service and very friendly people, but I go hit with the toll rate i didn’t about that well, so I will call a find out about that,,,,,,, other than that is was a great experience and good service, nice car and other things they didn’t had a military discount, so I with that they do because we earn that privileges, hope next time they do… thank guys👌

I rented from Driving 2 weeks ago and everything went smooth. I have been a customer for about a year and will continue to rent from this location. The staff is so friendly, and cars are well maintained.

The rates are good. The rental process is pretty easy and straightforward. Make sure you understand exactly what their insurance covers and how you are liable for any damages. If you experience any issues just let them know, customer service will gladly work with you to resolve.

Update: Drivo contacted me and made it right. They dropped the case. It was greatly appreciated. TOTAL SCAM!!! I had a terrible experience with Drivo Rent-a-Car. They falsely accused me of causing damage to the car and are overcharging for it. I am currently disputing this with my insurance company, as we refuse to pay for damages I did not cause. They returned my security deposit and assured me everything was fine, only to claim a week later that there was damage. The before photos clearly show scratches on the bumper, yet they are insisting I am responsible for them. A friend of mine also had a similar experience with Drivo and warned me about their practices. I strongly advise you to read other reviews as well—many people have reported similar issues. I am taking this to the news outlets to ensure no one else falls for this scam. Be cautious and consider other rental companies.

Здравствуйте Брала машину 20 ноября, оплатила страховку с покрытием $40.000. При парковке не заметила дерево, слегка поцарапала бампер справа. Это повреждение / damage. В соответствии с договором аренды сразу позвонила to the lessor. Прошла неделя, мне не возвращают депозит, требуют заполнить и подписать report form accident. Но!!! Инцидента / accident не было, так как не было 2й стороны конфликта. И как быть? И как мне вернуть мой депозит? Офис Coney Island работает на "5", пользуюсь услугами не первый раз, всегда довольна. Готова рекомендовать Drivo знакомым. Оценка снижена из-за Claim's department

The rental car was in good condition, clean, and what you would expect from a rental car company in 2023. The prices for Drivo were the most competitive in my area. Customer service reached out after my trip in response to an internal survey and was able to remedy a few issues. This is a huge plus for me and shows the company is trying to make customers happy. The only thing keeping this review from 5 stars was the wait time for car pickup. Please have more than one worker behind the counter at airport locations.
