Drivo Rent A CarReviews of drivo.com

Rental agreement: JFK-150029. My experience went very well. We were checked in by Diana and then we were helped by Diyors after returning our car. Both employees were extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made sure we understood everything. Would rent again from this company!

This is my second time renting with Drivio the young lady Nigora at the counter is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Drivio is my go to rental company it’s always a smooth process from pick up to drop off. The cars have always been clean and the tank full! I even extended my trip over the phone with no problems as well. Confirmation No.: NEV17001367

GBS17354609 Great service, easy pick up and drop off. Clean, new car in perfect condition. Great location near JFK. I will be using Drivo/Ace the next time I come to New York.

This was my first time ever to rent from ACE. The overall experience was amazing. I will defilingly recommend ACE to all my friends and family. The most impressive part of my experience was, when I was returning the car. I had an issue with the insurance company I chose when booking the car, but at my drop, the manager came out and take her time and explain everything to. So I left as a very happy customer. I was able to book online super easy and when I went to pick it up, everything was ready . Just had to sign and on my way …def recommend them. Been using them since February and haven’t went to any other rental.

arolina the supervisor was amazing and her employee. she was such a great supervisor she didn’t want all the recognition. she said that it takes a team to run this company. I believe she is the sweetest lady in the rental car business I will be back to see her l. she gained a frequent customer now

- Rental agreement no: EWR-147838 - Great customer service with a smooth process - The car was exceptionally clean and well maintained - Didn't had a single issue during the whole rental process - The only thing they need to improve on is the shuttle service. As i saw only 1 bus serving the area.

I didn't know what expect because it was my first time renting a car from Drivo Rent A Car. But now I'm leaving a five star review. The customer service was great both when I picked up the car and called to extend the rental. The car was clean and perfect for my vacation. I was a little concerned when I called and explained that my flight was at 7:30 am and had to return the car by 5:00 am and wasn't sure how to get to the airport. The representative assured me that the shuttle would bring me there, just to call the number. And sure enough the shuttle was available! Not only that but the shuttle driver was really nice. I will definitely be renting from Drivo for my next trip! Confirmation Number: LGA-63793
