Best rental car experience I’ve ever had
I was a little nervous at first since the location was offsite from JFK and we’d never heard of Drivo. They took such great care of us! Check in was a breeze, the staff were very kind and friendly, and switching our dropoff location was just as easy with a $100 change fee, which is cheaper than Enterprise. Didn’t even have to call, just dropped it off and they handled the rest. The car came with easy pass which was great for a quick stop through each toll. We had an early flight home that was before the shuttle was running, so a kind gentleman working at the New Jersey location drove us to the terminal for free and saved us a uber at 4am. We’ll definitely book with them again for our next east coast visit! POV17571510
