More insight into production timeline.
Talking with Tammy throughout the process was super helpful, and the quality of the cups was so much better than we anticipated given that Drink Branders had the lowest price we could find for the types of cups we wanted. I would have appreciated more insight into an expected delivery date. We needed a quick turnaround on an order of 400 cups. When I initially found the cups and placed the order, I saw that Drink Branders guaranteed a free 24-hour rush, but nowhere did it specify exactly what that meant. We did end up receiving the order right on time, but with UPS shipping estimates, there was a real possibility that we would have received our cups after we needed to have them in hand. Grateful everything worked out, but we would have liked to have more insights into the production timeline, which definitely would have influenced our decision!
