The delivery was impressively quick, and the item arrived within a very short timeframe, which I appreciate. That is why I am giving three stars. However, the product I received was significantly different from what was advertised on the website. The quantity was notably less than suggested by the product images. Considering the price and the destination country, it is reasonable to say that I would have expected the total cost—including delivery—to be closer to one third of what I paid. The product itself was of poor quality and not suitable to give as a gift; in fact, it was quite disappointing. I must say, the customer service team responded very quickly and offered a highly satisfactory resolution.

The site is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable. However, if you choose weekend delivery they tack on an extra $19.99. To edit my order, I had to use the back button on my browser. It saved most of the information I'd already typed, but I had to respecify the logo I wanted. I'd use this service again to send alcohol to my friends in Europe.

Used drinkable gifts for the first to send a gift to my brother in Australia. My brother received his wine on the day of his Birthday and in good condition. He was pleased with his present and looking forward to sampling it. Would recommend.

Covid-19 has been devastating for all services, and although we had problems with an order failing to make it on time (due to supplier issues in Malaysia - which might be something they can and should focus and improve on) but DrinkableGifts provide some of the best customer service I have ever received and this problem was sorted out right away with a full return. They really care about their customers and I will definitely give them a shot again in the future. Thanks a lot guys. Recommended.

Good overall experience with 2 deliveries, my brother from Paris sent me the pictures and my girlfriend in Thailand unpacked the gift when we were on Skype. The timing of arrival could not be more perfect. The only suggestion to improve the website selection to offer more beer gifts for those who don't like to purchase hard liquor.
