Drilled RotorsReviews of drilledrotors.com

I was very happy with you service, price and delivery. I didn’t use the pads you supplied. I used some EBC pads I had purchased previously. It seemed to take a long time for them to “pair” up. Two trips to two different tracks plus very day driving. Once that happened o have been very satisfied.

All Good! Works well!

Brake pads and rotors that I purchased were unfortunately the wrong type and I had to send them back but overall procedure him send me back the label overall being a fairly easy even though it was the wrong set reliable guy good system

Really nice. Good fit

I liked the timely matter it took to receive confirmation of my order and a estimated arrival.date

Shipped relatively quickly and high quality parts for the price. I will definitely order from them again.

The service was very good and the product appears to be of good quality. I haven't installed or used it yet but everything looks very good.

I was sent the wrong item (late) due to a listing error on their part. They ended up righting the wrong by sending me the correct parts, but it was a lengthy drawn out process treated the same way they would treat someone that needed to exchange something. I felt that they were lacking in concern and had no motivation to make reparations for their obvious error and the fact that it delayed my project for a several weeks. You have to call these people to get anything done. I had to call them and check order status after initial order, was told “your parts are still being machined” only to receive shipping confirmation 2 hours later (like they almost forgot to send my parts) and then when it arrived the boxes looked like they’d sat in a warehouse for months. Then call again to get them to send me the right parts. Then call again to get the return label. Then call again to tell them I shipped the wrongs parts back and they need to ship the right parts. All in all, product seems decent for the price, they at least took care of their mistake, albeit not in the timeliest manner. Also note, they share the same customer service/sales with r1 concepts? A bit odd.
