DriftReviews of drift.com

Ordered a pack of car scents as my wife had received one as a gift and liked the smell. We ordered a few as they were coming from US and meant we only paid one P+P. Was not aware of any option to subscribe and am sure that it was not selected by me but I now have another order being sent for £46 which I do not want. Just looked and there is no return policy. I consider this as a scam - AVOID.

Never received

Horrible scent. Overwhelming. Headache giving. Then I was charged for a second Drift without my knowledge realizing they had signed me up for subscription without my knowledge. This is an unethical company.

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about [Company Name]'s total lack of accountability. They recently caused significant damage to my furniture while providing their service. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was shocked to receive a response from their support team explicitly stating that they 'currently do not have a reimbursement policy for furniture damages.' Instead of taking responsibility for the damage their service caused, they attempted to deflect the issue by offering a 'courtesy' refund on previous, unrelated orders—effectively trying to buy my silence regarding the damage they caused to my property. It is disheartening that a company of this size takes zero financial responsibility for the damage they cause to their customers' property. If you choose to use this company, be aware that if they break your belongings, you have zero recourse. They have made it clear through their own communication that they do not stand behind their work when things go wrong. Hi bryandileo, Thank you for your response. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the damage to your furniture. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a reimbursement policy for furniture damages, and I understand how disappointing this must be for you. However, I would like to offer you a solution. While our policy allows us to refund only your last order, as a courtesy, I would be happy to increase that to refunding your last two orders instead. I hope this gesture helps to alleviate some of the frustration you’ve experienced. Please let me know if this solution works for you or if there’s anything else I can assist you with. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Thanks again for your understanding, Daniel U.

BUYER BEWARE! This company will automatically put you in a subscription that you never signed up for. I cancelled a month ago and was just charged for another refill!!! I’m so angry! I’m going to file a FRAUD complaint to the consumer fraud dept of my state!!! And their fragrance is cheap grocery store smells. Pathetic! RUN!

I tried to cancel this subscription many times and tried to contact this company. Many times about the cancel subscriptions. It almost was like an act of God. Trying to contact this company to confirm my subscription was canceled. They still kept charging me.They still kept sending out product and I did not want the product. They do not have a phone number for you to contact customer service. They do not respond to their chats. They have an automatic response on their chats to tell you that somebody from customer service will contact you within 24 hours which they do not. And they do not respond to their emails.

Tricked into a subscription, which wouldn't have been so bad had the product been any good. The scent lasted no more than 24 hours.
