Terrible product, nonexistent customer service combined with charging for purchases I didn’t make. Save yourself the headache and get one of those little tree air fresheners instead.

The scent is overwhelming and not calming at all. I ordered it 1 time and was unaware they automatically put you in a monthly subscription! I’ve tried canceling it twice and they keep charging my card and sending the awful product monthly! I’ve emailed and called, but the subscription continues!

You cannot cancel your subscription on Drift’s website and when you reach out to Drift to cancel, they will lie to you and tell you that they have cancelled your subscription and then go shred and charge you again the next month. I’m currently disputing the charge with PayPal because of this. Do not buy from this company. They are deceitful.

Horrible. The smells wears off almost immediately. Drift will automatically signs you up for subscription and if you want to dispute and return the product you have to pay $8 for shipping. I do not recommend!

Enrolled into subscription without mentioning it anywhere and canceling it wont cancel the last order even if that was the same day. Product itself was very steong in the 1st week but scent didn’t last a month. Feels like a scam

Just as others have said I was enrolled on a monthly subscription without knowing. I bought one air freshener because my mate had one and I liked it. Then a month after it arrived I get an email saying my next one is being dispatched for £9.95! What an absolute rip off. I will be taking this up with my bank to get it reversed/refunded. Do not buy from this company simply because they are very misleading and underhand.

I did not sign up for a subscription!!¡!! They've been contacted and say i don't have one. Or they say Just go on your profile and cancel it!!!!!! It doesn't work. Scammers!!!!!! I've gotten an order every month since January and even reported to cc company with no resolution.
