Absolutely horrendous customer service. Drift ordered a product on my behalf without my consent to use my card and will not own up to it. But I did not have a subscription, I ordered a one time product months ago and they used my card details to order more products. Now they are refusing a refund but ironically the products ordered never even arrived. Their customer service are BOTS and not humans so it is impossible to get through to any human and I am now having to escalate this to the DCA and my governor because it’s become impossible

They will charge you every month and there is no way to contact someone for help. I can’t even log into to cancel my “subscription” because I don’t have an active account. I have screen shots that give me the message that I do not have an active account, but now that they have my credit card number…they are charging me!

I wish I had come here first! Recommended by a friend (who I will be speaking to about this!) I liked the scent in his car, asked him what it was and it was sold to me as a premium scent! Joke! Anyway because I am gullible when it comes to friends recommending things I bought, I was aware of the subscription and I thought that was a good idea. I wasn't aware however that it was posted from the MOON!!! TWO WEEKS to deliver a small air freshener, that they got wrong anyway! sending me refills instead of clips and scent, and then their bot tried to argue that I hadn't ordered them when in the email I received for order confirmation it clearly stated that I had. Still waiting for these clips to arrive! Do not buy, do not click, forget the website and block it!!

Tricked into a subscription for an inferior product with ZERO customer service except through BOTS. APPALLING customer service. Unethical business practices. Revolting product scent

This product looks nice but that’s it. Don’t waste your money. Get a cheap one from the convenience store. The money for this project is spent on advertising and packaging because the actual product sucks. Didn’t last 5 days. Complete waste of money.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Unfortunately the product is really good but it is not clear AT ALL at the time of purchase that this is a monthly subscription. Who needs monthly car fresheners???? Do not support companies that use these misleading business tactics. Shame on them.

It took almost 2 weeks because of zip code error. It was fixed and your staff said it was fix and still did not get product. Trying to contact is difficult. Can not find and email and chat does not show up all the time.

Do not buy from this company. You dont get what you paid for. The "linen" pants are actually very thin, poor quality cotton - you couldnt even use it as a rag. So far they have been unwilling to refund.
