I love drift and how easy it is to change what you want every month with the subscription. The only downfall to that is if you choose the scent of the month and it sells out before your ship date you get another scent. I personally think they should save some for the people that subscribe every month because they are loyal and buy every month. I brought that up with customer service and they basically told me it’s my problem and there is nothing they can do. If that is something that bothers you I wouldn’t do the monthly subscription.

Product was delivered 3+ weeks late Customer service call was unsuccessful and incorrect

Air Freshener is good, subscriptions scheme is not. Beware if you buy you will automatically join a subscription scheme. You can exit scheme if you spot in time. We would be back for refills but only if this could be on a clear ONE OFF basis.

Initially it smelled great but it didn't last but less than one month

I like the cabana smell. I find the scent of the month the last two times have been very similar to each other but they have both been VERY over powering, to the point that I have to take them out of the car as they are way to strong. It’s not enjoyable when it’s so potent you can’t concentrate on anything else. I like the idea of the clips and the scents I really wanted to like them but so far the cabana is the only one I have been able to tolerate.

Love the smell Of the items and the attachments are made well. Only issue is customer service nobody retuned my emails when I was shipped wrong items and has to return.
