Got it put it in my car could barely smell it. Then a few days later cannot smell it at all. And I don’t think it’s your fault but got my other one in the mail today and it had been opened and was not in there.

Packaging and delivery was smooth no issues at all. My only issue is that the smell disappeared after a couple of days. The aroma was great I just wish it stayed longer.

Every time I order the cabana scent, it comes broken. Last month was the first time it happened and they sent a replacement which was fine. But this month, I received another broke one. I’m over it at this point. Not worth it. I’ll be cancelling my subscription.

Unfortunately it's smell in my opinion didn't last long enough two weeks out it went so not trying anymore, also don't tell you it's a subscription site to be fair they did cancel when I spoke to them.

My first order was never delivered. Second was, But it doesn’t work that well. I don’t like companies that automatically make you subscribe monthly.

The drift product was okay. I ordered it on a (one time) trial basis. Low and behold you all put me on a recurring shipment of this product, and charged my credit card. It took several calls and emails to rectify the issue. I believe it was a virtual messaging that final canceled the subscription. By doing that I will never order for you all.

Thanks for your feedback. So sorry for the confusion. Our fresheners are available on a subscription basis. We do make it as flexible as possible. Once you place an order and activate your account, it is very easy to go in and change the next order dates, swap scents, or cancel altogether at any time.
