Total scam. Purchased once to try and now they are taking another payment within a month. Cancelled on website, let's see if that works. Will have to contact my bank to stop them taking money from my card. Totally fraud and awful people that are running this scam and they probably don't give a damp either. DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They should make it very clear this ships from the US. Took nearly 3 weeks for it to arrive in the country with DHL. Was checking the tracking from when it shipped and once it arrived in the UK no delivery updates until they had made 3 attempts and it was on it's way back (there wasn't even an update on the tracking after the first one). I could not re-arrange delivery for a suitable day as a result. Additionally, they put you onto a subscription plan after your order. The signing up to this subscription model is not very clear (much like their location). I am sure it is great if you are based in the US but a subscription model for something with such a poor international courier service is just not fit for purpose.

Scammed into getting automatic subscription and took my money after a month of initial buy and then does not allow to cancel subscription from their website. Terrible experience. Don’t buy with them.

Scammers I purchased a “one time “ purchase and these scumbags think they can just auto ship and charge your card I’ve submitted a fraud report to my bank and will have the charge reversed this is theft and a poor way to do business these shitbags have no morals

I bought the product as a stocking filler with no intention of getting a subscription however, as soon as the money left my account a month after purchase, I understood what I had signed up for unknowingly. Anyway, just spent 45 minutes trying to cancel the subscription to no avail! This is infuriating!

Terrible company - cancel subscription button doesn’t work, they dont set up direct debit and just debit your card next month without you knowing it. Not clear when making the first payment that this is a subscription.

Scammed into a subscription. Then when you click through to cancel it, the website just whirrs away and does not ever accept the cancellation. They have sent two additional orders (£20) we never asked for. Essentially fraud. If this happens to you you may need to cancel the subscription at the bank or PayPal

I ordered once without any subscription and they put me on subscription why would I order 2 month of product every month! Scammers
