I purchased from Drift for the first time about a month ago. I really liked the product and the scents, so overall I was satisfied. HOWEVER, that was until the following month that I realized they automatically (and unknowingly) signed me up for a subscription service that would re-order and charge me every month. That is a TERRIBLE business model and now an otherwise satisfied customer I will never order from them again.

As others have said, when attempting to cancel your subscription the button you click to finalize the cancellation conveniently does not load. They are also not clear that they are signing you up for a subscription service. While the scent is good I would never buy again for this reason

Utterly shocked, my car seat is ruined. After following their instructions when the bar is wet from the packet, drying with towels and left to dry overnight. Despite being dry to the touch, it's dripped on my expensive optional extra seats in my Audi, totally stripping the colour and top layer I now need professional repair, of which I will be sending them the bill. Utterly disgusted and disgraceful product performance. Shame, as they smell lovely

I wish I had read all of the negative trust pilot reviews before purchasing anything from this company! It was not made clear in any way that I would be signing up for a subscription and the first I heard about it was receiving an e-mail confirming an order that I did not place. Trying to make contact with Drift is almost impossible: 1. I attempted to cancel the subscription on-line but it conveniently 'hangs' when hitting the submit button! 2. The contact us page also gives an error message "Something went wrong while sending your request". 3. Even the e-mail address in the terms and conditions is not complete and is missing the ".uk" from the end. Terrible business ethics, stay away!

Drift is an absolute scam i ordered 2 fragrances for my car both smelled like nothing just plain wood and to top it off they have now gone and charged me $40 for a "recurring subscription" when i never signed up to nothing they are scamming dogs and will take your money even if you didnt re order there product sneaky pricks

Total scam, I ordered products then discovered I'm signed up for a £48 a month subscription for car air freshener! I cancelled the order 4 days before despatch but they still sent it, now having to refuse delivery and charge back on my card. Avoid at all costs

The strength of the smell is very weak. BE AWARE they automatically renew your payments the next month this was not highlighted at all. Very deceitful I found .

The fragrance is nice but it doesn't last for more than a week or so. But the most annoying thing is that I ordered and I realised that they have created a subscription using shopify and with a card that I am usually not using for online shopping. I had to go to my bank and stop the recurring payment. If you go on your account on Drift website, there is no option to delete your account, you can only pause the subscription. I asked them directly for them to delete my account but still the account is active. This seems more and more as a fraud. Avoid buying from them.
