This company have customers unwittingly sign up for monthly purchases via PayPal. Luckily today I noticed the £9.95 unauthorised payment via PayPal in my bank account. Checked on my PayPal account I had a monthly payment agreement to them I have cancelled it and complained to PayPal about there sharp practice. Up date 17/7/25 I've immediately received a refund from PayPal

This is ridiculous, I did only one time purchase and you put me on a subscription. I am very disappointed and will make sure it will reflect on my review. This business practice is unacceptable, leading consumer with wrong information

Waste of money. The scents stink. Tossed them as soon as they arrived. You may not be aware you are signing up for a subscription. Total shit experience.

Expensive piece of wood. No scent at all. Will never buy again and will not recommend to anyone.

So, the smell lasted ONE DAY, it took forever to arrive. When you post your disappointment on FB they ban you, canceling is very difficult, rather than refund they want to send you another, I had to get my refund back via a Paypal Dispute so my advice is stay well clear

Like all the others I have worked out that I had been signed up for a monthly subscription but I was able to deactivate this subscription so hopefully no more money will go out of my bank... Product is not that good either so stay away from this company....

Absolute scam Freshener is rubbish I’m in a subscription I can’t get out of because the website is not allowing cancellation my bank are sorting it out but don’t do it in the first place it took so much of my time!!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Now tied in to a ridiculous subscription which is impossible to cancel. Credit card company no help. At my wits end. Do NOT be tempted to buy from this company.
