Their website freezes and will not let you cancel your subscription and when you go onto their chat it wants to charge you £1 to find out what is wrong with your laptop!!!!

I’m shocked that another order is on the way . I ordered one for a gift and am finding it difficult cancel the order. These companies need to be held accountable for not making it clear that it’s a subscription. I’m so cross and disappointed .

I loved the scent and style but only found out when checking my emails a month later another order was on the way and I had paid for a subscription that I didn’t ask for . Very disappointed. Cancelling was much harder then subscribing which I have no memory of doing !

Marketing Scam Warning- Buyers Beware of Drift. They will enroll you in a subscription without your authorization and not respond to multiple attempts to stop this. They are a fraudulent company who are going to give you recurring charges without your authorization and make it impossible for you to stop it. They have been reported to my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau and the Utah State Attorney General. I encourage everyone else they are doing this to, do the same. They have a “F” Better Business Bureau rating and insane review comments on Facebook.

I gave 1 starts becuase the product itself amazing beautiful scent The one thing that really pi**es me off about certain company such as drift.... they hide subscriptions and sneakily draw you in. It's dishonest and against the law. When selling / signing up it ought to be CLEAR AND CONSISE and the customer should CLEARLY SEE its a subscription!!! SO FOR THIS PART ZERO STARS good job I like my product!!!

I didnt know that this included a subscription. When I tried to cancel, the website kept crashing. You have to keep clicking various things. Shopify should be looking into this. Shame because I dont think the product is too bad. This model lets down the product.

The provided visor clip damages the visor, the smell is awful (cheap trees are better) and they scam you into a subscription that's impossible to cancel (you need to tell your bank it's a fraudulent transaction)

Scam company that tricked me into an unwanted subscription when I thought I was making a one off purchase! Cancelling the subscription is impossible even after following the instructions to cancel page wouldn’t load repeatedly, in the end I had to contact my bank and instructed them to stop all payments to Drift *warning do not order from this company *
