I absolutely loved the idea of a natural-oil scent brand, but the experience was awful. Delivery was slow, two promised replacements never came, and customer service is nearly impossible to reach—my email took weeks for a response. The subscription is overpriced and extremely hard to cancel. Incredibly disappointing overall!

Everything that you see here is absolutely 100% true. I ordered on 9/5/25 and still have received nothing...When I reached out, the customer service rep told me that they can "push further shipments out because of the tardiness of the first package"....I said what future shipments, this was supposed to be a one time purchase. I later found out it was a subscription and cancalled it right away with customer service. Fraud case was opened with my credit card company, my money was refunded by provisional credit, and here we stand....Do not walk away from this company, Run!!!

If i could leave a lower review i would, mafe a purchase only to find out it is a subscription, then when trying to cancel it asks a minimum of 6 times whether you want to and is extremely deceptive during the whole process. Absolute disgrace of a company. Total scam.

Scent for upto 30 days they say, well I guess 3 days is within 30 so they are right there. Yes you read that correct, it lasted 3 days if that, no abnormal temperatures in the car. I received it on 10 Sep 25, I unpackaged it 16 Sep and put it in my car, today, 19 Sep it is just a grey stone on my visor.

Scam! They charged me for a subscription instead of the one-time purchase I agreed to.

My diffuser stopped working and when I reached out to their customer service I never heard back - so after a week of following up and still nothing whatsoever, cancelled my subscription on their website. All of the reviews of this company are absolutely awful, on this site and any other you look at. DO NOT bother, go with Pura or another service (or even just Amazon products) instead.

First of all it damaged my visor and melted the fabric!! Secondly it’s a stupid scam subscription

Well it happened to me. Five weeks ago I purchased a one time order of home diffuser refills. I received them but the scent only lasted a week instead of 4. I wrote a poor review and forgot about DRIFT. Then a week ago I was reviewing my recent credit card purchases and low and behold I was charged for ANOTHER set of diffuser refills. I tried to access my recent purchases through the website to no avail. They obviously placed me on a subscription that in no way I authorized. Tomorrow I will call my credit card company and file an unauthorized purchase and put a block on Drift. Im also going to pursue other actions since per Trustpilot reviews this company is a scam.
