Scammy website. Totally missed the fine print that this was a subscription. Tried to cancel subscription and the website keeps glitching on the final page (after three confirmations that I do in fact want to cancel). I did receive the product. It’s ok. They shouldn’t have to resort to these practices. Also zero contact information listed or easily available on their website. I ended up replying to the order email. ETA: they responded to my email and cancelled my subscription. They said it was too late to cancel my new order because they bill and ship right away. I got a notification about 4 days later that my items had shipped.

Avoid. Scummy practices mean that you make a purchase and you're automatically enrolled into a subscription. The site DOES mention this, but it's in super small font at the top of the page, easily kissable, and you're unable to opt out.

The way in which you can cancel and reapply the subscription is punitive, it makes it really difficult to cancel if you want to trial it for a bit and have changed your mind , almost feels deliberate , I think these guys need a lesson from some where as I can clearly see I’m not the only one

I have had my order "lost or misplaced" by the carrier twice now and want a refund and to cancel the subscription. The AI customer service is ridiculous and doesn't understand my request. Please tell me how to speak with a real person.

After placing my order, a few days later I check my status because I never got a notification that it shipped. Come to find out it sign you up for a subscription and it was never mentioned that it would when placing my one time order. I went in to manage subscriptions and canceled it before it could send out another order because it said “next delivery” and the date. It’s been 5 days now and still have seen that it shipped. I had to contact customer service and a day later I get an email from their team saying that it was shipped 2 days ago meanwhile I never got an email that it shipped. It’s sitting in New Jersey and I’m in Florida. What a let down. Gonna have to find a better natural air freshener for the car and house now.

I had ordered a drift air freshener on the website after test driving a car with one in it. I explicitly ticked ‘one time order’ then after reading these reviews went back to my account to check. They have forced a subscription on me! Immediately cancelled with a stern message explaining I did not sign up to this subscription. I will be making my bank aware. Absolutely absurd they think it’s ok to immediately sign you up to a subscription when you explicitly state you do not want to be.

Drift tricked me into a subscription at checkout. Then charged my card without notifying me beforehand. Then they make it near impossible to cancel the subscription and they have no live customer support to help you. Horrible experience.

I feel like I was mislead into a subscription service from Drift. I saw a charge on my Amex 30 days after i initially purchased the first set for my sons christmas stockings. I emailed instantly but they informed me it was too late. What a con. Terrible company to deal with.
