I don't like the fact that it has taken so long to get the scents I wanted. I started off with Amber and Open Air. I don't know how it got switched to Teak Wood, but Teak Wood was a scent that I didn't care for and it has taken me months to get the scents I wanted.

So sorry this was your experience. I've checked your account and I can confirm that your next order will process for the Amber and Open Air scent. You are all set.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that pricing is an important factor. We strive to offer high-quality products and service that provide real value to our customers, but we also recognize that it may not fit everyone’s budget. Your input is appreciated and helps us continue to review how we deliver value.

Not very good communication I used to get an email before my subscription to ask what scent I wanted that stuff quickly and I always receive something I didn't want that needs to improve

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that our communication hasn’t been as consistent as it should be. You’re absolutely right to expect a reminder email before each shipment so you can choose your preferred scent, and we understand how frustrating it is to receive products you didn’t select. This is something we’re actively working to improve, as clear and timely communication is very important to us.

Great product, but logistics are disappointing. Supposed to get my next subscription shipment on April 10th, it’s April 21 and tracking still shows “label created”

We are sorry to hear this. Sometimes we see delay with the carrier updating the tracking information. I just checked and I see your order has now been delivered to you. If you still haven't received your order kindly reach out to us at [email protected] and we'd look into this.
