AVOID.... Con of the subscription, impossible to cancel and only get reminded on day of order processing. Absolutely ridiculous

I really wanted to love this brand because their car fresheners are actually decent, but the experience has been a total disaster since I tried the home diffuser. Save yourself the headache and your money—stay away. Here is why you should be cautious: • Billing Errors: I was charged four times for a single order on their website. • Non-Existent Support: You cannot get a human on the phone. I’ve sent several emails and tried their chat multiple times, but I am consistently met with total silence. • The "Zombie" Subscription: Even after canceling my subscription, they charged me again the following month. I had to cancel a second time, and I still can’t get anyone to respond to my refund requests. The products aren't worth the stress of dealing with a company that ghosts its customers while continuing to dip into their bank accounts. Avoid at all costs. Pro-tip: Since they aren't responding to your emails, you might want to contact your bank or credit card company to initiate a chargeback for the unauthorized charges. That usually gets a company's attention much faster than an email does!

Auto signed up for a subscription even though i made a one time purchase. Also would not let me end the subscription.

Recurring contract applied without my knowledge. No notification that they were doing this, repeat order posted, tried to cancel and claim refund, no response. Will NEVER use them again. Steer clear.

This is a scam company. I ordered and they did not deliver and have not refunded my money !!! They have also taken subscription fees even though i have cancelled . give me my money back !!

If there was a minus, I would tick that box. You go to buy and before you know it you are in a monthly rolling subscription which is a nightmare to cancel. The scent which they claim lasts 30 days, lasts 2 days max. An absolute waste of money! Not cheap either

Absolutely TERRIBLE company! If I could give negative stars I would. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU STOLE.... Their product is decent but they sign you up for a monthly subscription without you knowing. I only discovered this after having been charged for two additional months I was unaware of. On top of that, it is actually impossible to get ahold of them. I have emailed them three different times regarding this issue and haven't heard a single word. There is also no number to call or online bot to assist. I have been going back and forth with my card company to resolve this issue. This has been a huge inconvenience for me and will NEVER buy from them again. I suggest you do the same. It is NOT worth the chaos, effort, and time.
