Drift’s customer service is extremely disappointing. I contacted them to request an address change so my order could be sent to the correct location, and I was assured the update was made. Despite this, the item was still shipped to the wrong address. It has now been two weeks, and I am still going back and forth with customer service to resolve an issue that should have been simple. There is no phone number to call—only chat support—which makes the process even more frustrating. On top of that, the product itself is overpriced for a car freshener that doesn’t last. Overall, this feels more like a marketing-driven business than a customer-focused one. Very poor experience. I do not recommend wasting your money on their subscription—there are far better alternatives available.

I can see now I’m not the only one here. Problem is - the product is not even that bad, but the business model by quietly sogn you up for a subscription despite you paying via apple pay so you wouldn’t even know. Management are absolutely clueless of how to do business and they would rather charge you one month extra where 99% of people will cancel as they will be annoyed. Much rather let customer decide and they will come back. Disappointed

Hidden subscription and impossible to cancel - what an absolute crock of shyte and a rip off. Frangrences are super sweet and heavy when you open and have to leave them outside for a day or two before putting them in a closed space. Just want to get off this rip off ride.

Drift is a dishonest and misleading company, I made a one off purchase and unknown to me suddenly I am receiving the timber smelly product monthly and I have an account- HOW?. They automate the subscription and nothing tells you that- DO NOT TRUST THEM

If I could give zero stars, I would. While it is a great concept, they don’t last very long for the price & they automatically subscribe you without consent. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. When I tried to cancel, it’s impossible. There is not number to call, only an email that doesn’t respond. DO NOT buy from this company!!!

Buyers beware Scammers do not buy steal money from your account

This is a scam. They are using your credit card number to sign you up for a subscription you didn’t ask for and can’t cancel. Do not buy

I have not ordered from drift since Oct 2025 . I just received a email Thanking me for subscribing I never subscribed. They write in the email your order is on its way . BS I never ordered. Who do you talk to ?????
