Poor communications to emails, spammed with emails from them. No reply back to mine. Took money from my account after one order purchase, disputed this as theft to my bank, had to cancel my card. Product is okay but not worth the price point. Do not make an order youll regret. Poor customer service for an average product.

terrible and won't allow you to cancel your subscription

Ordered what I thought was a one-off purchase but Drift signed me up for repeat subscriptions. I have tried to cancel this but the 'cancel subscription' button does not work! I am utterly furious about being conned in this way!

My item which i ordered and paid for never came. No clear customer service support to address this. You guys are a total scam —- everyone, BEWARE!!

As others have said this co is a scam I ordered the product - nothing has turned up abs now I am on a subscription service I will be reporting them

A real con. They sign you up for a subscription without you knowing and then charge you £16 a month! It’s impossible to cancel as the subscription cancel on the website won’t connect you and no reply from ‘customer service’. This company is a proper scam.
