I supposedly have an inactive subscription but they keep charging me and sending me product and there is no phone support...I email and they say they will respond in 24 hours and no one emails me or contacts me...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The smell gave me an instant headache. Trying to return the product gave me another one.

I also had a monthly subscription started without realising, which now I am trying to cancel, is impossible to do so. This must be a scam. When I am on the cancelling page, it just buffers and won't load, despite trying on my phone and laptop, and everything else is loading, so not a network issue. I am stuck with an expensive subscription against my will.

I thought i did a 1 time purchase and now it won't let me unsubscribe. Every time I try to unsubscribe, the page crashes! Do not buy!

Do not buy from this company. It’s unfortunately scam. The product was fine and my car smells relatively better but their whole business model is misleading you into a subscription. They’ll charge you every month and send zero products. The world would be a better place if they did not exist.

Don’t waste your money! Can not even smell them in your vehicle! Total scam!

Dont do it. They dont make it clear its a subscription then the website makes it impossible to cancel. Basically theft at this point as I dont want this product anymore and I cannot stop them taking my money

This company is a total scam....bought 1 freshener, it was overpriced and frankly smelled of barely anything.....then without any I knowledge of my having authorized them to do so, took a second payment ....thats basically theft. You cant cancel the imaginary subscription they've created without your say so as the website wont let you. This should be illegal.....if I did it id be arrested, why aren't these?
