Your auto ship policy is confusing. Price went up substantially after the first order. Quality products. Just too expensive.

The scents are great and I like the products overall. The rating is because lately orders go missing forcing me to contact customer service for a replacement. Other subscription services don't seem to have this issue occur as often as Drift car scents

Your product is great but you did not mention anything another the monthly delivery. That is why I canceller my subsciption, I was not right on your behalf for doing this without and notice.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize the subscription wasn't clearly communicated. We do make sure to input this at check out that this is a subscription service. We would work on making our subscription more transparent to avoid situations like this in the future.

I never know what the scent of the month will be fore hand. I’ve written asking- I don’t get replies. I’m close to ending my account again.

My order was missing 1 of the 2 fresheners that I ordered, but after a few emails Sunny resent the missing item. Still waiting on its arrival though. Probably won’t order again from DRIFT.
