It takes too long to arrive. I feel like it should not take about four weeks to get your order. This is the normal length of time as I have placed numerous orders. But waiting about a month to get your order is ridiculous. Especially when you order the monthly scent. So, it's one month behind. Depending on the scent, for me, it's an issue. I most likely will not buy from drift again because of the gap in time of ordering and receiving the order.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 Having parted with ten pounds sterling for this most curious contraption, I had expected a fragrance befitting a gentleman of means and distinction. Alas, my expectations were dashed upon the rocks with the swiftness of a frigate in a storm. The packaging arrived in splendid fashion, all pomp and ceremony, as though one were receiving a treasure chest from the East Indies. Yet upon opening it, I discovered that the true treasure was, regrettably, the packaging itself. The scent, whilst pleasant enough at first encounter, deserted its post within mere days. I have known sailors with a stronger commitment to duty. Before the week was out, the fragrance had vanished entirely, leaving behind only memories and disappointment. As for the famed wooden insert, advertised as a mark of quality craftsmanship, it is thinner than the patience of a tax collector. The magnetic attachment is secured by what appears to be a single crooked metal clasp. Indeed, the device detached itself whilst I traversed a speed bump and struck me upon the head. An unexpected feature, though I suspect not an intended one. For the same expenditure, I could have procured a small fleet of common air fresheners from the local marketplace and enjoyed fragrant travels for months rather than days. In summary: ⚓ Excellent presentation ⚓ Pleasant initial scent ⚓ Disappointing longevity ⚓ Questionable build quality ⚓ Poor value for money Drift sells itself as a premium product. In my humble opinion, it is rather a common air freshener dressed in the attire of an admiral. God save your purse.

The wood scent can only last less than a month. Long shipping time and delay, quite a bad experience with this shop.

I continually get the wrong fragrance that i had ordered. Not sure why, but cancelling my subscription. I have tried multiple times to get this corrected with no one ever really trying to be of assistance. I enjoyed the product Teak, but the other is to flowery and just not appealing.

Although the product it good they have a major issue with enrolling people into subscriptions without clear consent and even worse is their website when you try to cancel! Once you get through the various offers to stay upon submitting the final I still wish to cancel my subscription it doesn’t accept it and just buffers continually. Tried several times same every time very close to scam tactics

Be wary. I ordered what I thought was a one off purchase only to end up with a subscription, which was incredibly difficult to cancel

You billed and sent me another order of a different scent I want to return

Ordered one and it was super. Now have reordered two more and one has NO fragrance. Disappointed.
