This stuff stinks and is so sent powerful I had to unplug it and throw it away

Shipping is horrible, takes too long to actually ship once label has been created and tracking number is provided and it takes way too long for USPS to deliver. You should have a different carrier or ship USPS priority and possibly give customer different shipping options.

These products don’t really work. They don’t really smell that great and it doesn’t put off a lot of scent.

I have a subscription since 1/26 for $20 and the last order I get charge $26 because decide to order macadamia as option and just for that $6.00 more make no sense, I email and no one can explain or offer a credit ! So Im giving a last chance on May order or I will canceled subscription

No communication from you and thrre was absolutely no scent filling my room. Only way i could smell was to put my nose directly to the bottle. Not a good company. I messaged you several times and not one answer

I was very disappointed. The Fragrance does NOT last long at all. Just a piece of wood to me.
