Nice smell but certainly didnt last 30 days and you join a subscription service which i didnt realise and no it wasnt made clear

it was a lot of back and forth via email. i feel my voice wasn't heard and needs weren't recognized the first time around. Their subscription process is slightly scammy and will get you if you arent careful.

Love the smell, it is strong and it lasts a long time. The downside is we ordered the stone ones and both orders were received broken. They either need to ship in a small box or cardboard inserts that keep the stones from being broken.

The amount of time that they took to get to my home and then the scent is gone in a week in my SUV

I never knew I signed up for a monthly renewal . Then I tried to just buy just a single thing again but nope I have to have a subscription. Pass

I like the product but I emailed to pause subscription (because you don’t have the function online) and I’ve had no reply. It’ll lead to be cancelling as because I’ll have too many soon.

I signed up for the subscription and ordered the wood air freshener, the first one was great! Lasted long, the scent was perfect. When it was time for my second one to be sent, I was charged but I never received it. I waited a few weeks after I was charged and reached out to check in the status of my order. A new order was placed and again I waited about two weeks and still did not receive a tracking number. I again and again new order was placed, again… this time the product came in but it did not last like the first one. It dried about by the first week of receiving it. I canceled my subscription, upset about the subscription and my order.

I got drift on the recommendation from my brother. They are on the pricier size but I thought they must be good. But to be honest when I get in my car I don’t really smell anything. I might try a different scrnt
