I think the air freshers are swimming over the atlantic still - nothing after ordering about 20 days ago and they are still in the US - do not order from this company unless you are prepared to wait and talk to a chat bot if you have problems

The worst company ever. Do not order this product. It’s not that the product is terrible but the company practices are borderline criminal. I order one time and it keeps sending me product and charging me monthly. I cancelled my membership and still comes. I dispute charges every month and even had to now cxl my credit card bc this company’s dishonesty. Again do not order this product from this company.

Horrible customer service- I was never notified of the subscirption on my first order. I was notified of another billing nad messaged them to cancel before the order shipped. They avoided my reqeust for cancellation adn then send me another email 3 days later that it had shipped . I reached out again stating that I had cancelled the order nad they let me know that now of course that it had been shipped that i couldnt cancel - Back and forths on emails showing me proving it was cancelled before being shipped by screenshots got me no further and they didnt answer my questions . I proceeded with a claim through my credit card company.

I just wanted to try and see at first if I liked it. I honestly was not happy with the product. The scents are very good. But the product lasts about 3 days. Not worth the premium price. So I figured "Oh well I just won't order it anymore" well now I just saw a charge for a new order and realized I was put on a subscription when I ordered it. Even at $18 for 2 of these wood car air fresheners, it is not worth it! They're no better than the little tree air fresheners you can buy for a buck!

Their customer support is non existent, and when you write they do not answer. And if you write multiple emails you get an auto response tell you multiple emails will not age a faster response. I HIGHLY wouldn't recommend this company and their fragrance are NOT that long lasting !!!

Terrible customer service. Have cancelled subscription twice, received email confirmation of cancellation twice but refills keep coming and charges against my account continue. Very frustrating! Cancelled because scents are hit and miss…and very expensive compared to local alternatives.

The scent was similar to cheap men’s cologne. Reminded me of when my son was dousing himself in Axe body spray. The holder was sturdy and I like the way the wood block looked. The low rating is because they sign you up for a 20.00 monthly subscription without your knowledge. Seriously! Who on earth wants to spend 240.00 a year on car air fresheners! It is extremely difficult to unsubscribe, even though they say, “unsubscribe anytime”. I ended up reporting them to the BBB, the FTC and my state AG.

My grievance is not with the product (it was ok). BUT, If you place it on your visor it always falls off. Magnet is not strong enough. Keeps falling down! Annoying to say the least. My COMPLAINT is with CUSTOMER SERVICE (or the lack thereof). I ordered it one time and before you know it I have a subscription which I did not sign up for. When I went to see if I have an account (which I do not). My email is NOT even registered or associated with DRIFT! I sent them an email saying I do not want a subscription or the product, in plenty of time for them to not send it. Apparently, they DO NOT READ THEIR EMAILS and honor what the customer wants. If you do not want subscription they will NOT CANCEL you…shifty business, unethical and obviously NON RESPONSIVE.
