Of course didn’t know my interest in buying one, duped me into a monthly subscription for a stinky air freshener. I cancel the subscription and guess what?? I can’t return the stinky one that’s on its way. SCAMMERS

Basically, scammers advertise one price, but when you go to their website, its 10x times higher than they asked for your personal info and tell you it was just a flash sale.

The positive reviews are likely a FAKE. These smell OK for about 1 week. Days 1-2 is overpowering, days 3-5 are good, then after about 7 days you can't smell anything. They Auto-subscribe you to a bi-monthly delivery with NO possible way to cancel or contact them. I have to continue to dispute through my credit card. Shady business......

Just as others have said I was enrolled on a monthly subscription without knowing. I bought one air freshener because my mate had one and I liked it. Then a month after it arrived I get an email saying my next one is being dispatched for £9.95! What an absolute rip off. I will be taking this up with my bank to get it reversed/refunded. Do not buy from this company simply because they are very misleading and underhand.

I’m suddenly in a hidden subscription which I didn’t sign up for, and Quess what it’s very very hard to cancel it (when you get to the end of cancelling the subscription it doesn’t go through, just spins around and around)

I absolutely HATE companies who hide subscriptions in a one off sale, I will never buy from you again because of this, its dishonest and misleading, no where did I see this and would not have bought if i knew this is what you were doing. Its disappointing as you looked like a decent product but with bad deceptive business practices.

Be ware of this company. My wife wanted us to try this product, and we placed an order on May 2026, received the order, the scents aren't too bad, but I find it to strong, and didn't want to use them anymore, but to my surprise, I noticed a $45 charge on my credit card, and we were sent another order, as they said we subscribed, which I would not done that if I knew. To add the issue, they're non refundable. So we're out $45 and stock with the product we're not going to use. This company is very sneaky with their ordering process, and they get you to subscribe without knowing, so be aware.

Won't complete a membership cancelation via their nonfunctioning website. I never agreed to a membership. There product isn't effective!
