i’ve been seeing these everywhere and wanted to give them a try. i was so excited, the fragrances sounded amazing and would look so cute in my car. the order took FOREVER to arrive, i went to my order to see the status and realized, unbeknownst to me, i was automatically signed up for a subscription. luckily i was able to cancel it. FINALLY my order arrived and the scent lasted like two days.

Bought two first open smell to stong two weeks later you cant even smell maybe weather was to hot and it has dried up quickly not sure i dont think i would buy again Update even i thought i paid through paypal and did not open an account monthly subscription was there lucky i did cancel it before be aware!

Terrible company, I bought one car air freshener and most definitely did not subscribe yet they started sending me another one every month and taking money from my account t. I have been on their website to cancel subscription but they keep trying to take money and have had to block payments and now trying g to take money every day. Not a nice experience!

Ordered off social media. Never signed or clicked anything agreeing to a membership. Never created an account on their website. Asked for the membership to be cancelled and was ignored. Asked them not to ship additional product and not be charged and was ignored. I am contacting my state AG and asked my bank to do a chargeback. Regret ordering from them.

Sub par product total subscription scam

I ordered some home scents, but didn’t realize it was a subscription, but liked them so I kept it the following month. Unfortunately, the following month my order was delivered incomplete . I was charged the full amount. Attempted to resolve, but there is NO customer service or phone number or email, just an AI bot. I cancelled the subscription.

Practically a Scam! I ordered the product at a good price. I didn't love the scent. I saw that they signed me up for a subscription (I never agreed to it). I unsubscribed; they still charged me. And I unsubscribed again, like the first time, no confirmation. I will be reaching out to my credit card company. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Well, one is dried out amd has no smell... and its a subscription they dont really tell you about for deals clearly. Luckily I cancled the sub after ordering and that was easy. Oh and the dry block is used for other oils and it works great, but I could have done this for less.
