The company is responsive. I appreciate that very much. However, recieved wrong order. They quickly resent correct order. When opening wood block, one smelled horrible. I have bought several of these through Amazon with the scent I prefer and no problem. I thought I would try it on subscription through the company itself. I have to throw away one block, I will check the rest. I am disappointed. It came through SCENTBIRD, not Drift. Confused by that. Again they were responsive, but orders were less than what was expected and became a hassle.

It looks good but the scent is so mild you can’t smell anything. The cost for refill are to expensive. Not worth the money. Sharon

Great scents that last however watch out for the 'hidden' subscription button especially when ordering from phone and not desktop.

It doesn't seem to last very long

Very attractive site. Arrived quickly. We changed our subscription to every other month, because the first fragrance lasted 8 weeks and more. But, the second fragrance doesn't smell at all! We're giving it another go this month, to see if Drift can redeem themselves. If several sign up for 2 items, then cancel, they're not doing too bad are they??? 🤑

My daughter and SIL love these for their car and home but it automatically set up a subscription every time you order and cancelling is not easy. You have to be persistent and go through several screens. Pay attention! All orders are AUTOMATICALLY a subscrition and it will cost you $37.90 every month!!

It’s a great way to display the air freshener and the sent is amazing. The only thing I don’t like is for the cost, it doesn’t last that long. 🙁

I got the teak home freshener. I love the smell but its way too strong. And when you buy a product on their website, it automatically subscribes you to a membership without any notice. So i got charged the next month. They are also impossible to contact
