Order DR114193403 I purchased off a deal they were running. Ordered the 23rd of Sept and Oct 6 still no package. The website don’t very user friendly. I had to get tracking off shop which linked to my shop account when I put in my email when ordering. Once I got the tracking it showed my box was at the post office being held. I went to post office to pick up and the box was determined damaged by post office and there were no products in the box. Totally empty. The package wasn’t taped properly so post office attendant said it probably fell out. Went on the website and all they have is an ai agent. No live customer service person or iPhone number. I get it to save $, but if your order doesn’t go well you have to spend the time and effort to go through a time consuming process that doesn’t provide results. Let’s see what the product is like. I’ll update my review.

Hard to cancel

When i got it I loved the smell but it went away after about a week. These are no different than the little tree air freshener that you can buy any place.

The scent was very pleasant. That part was great. It lasted like 6 days. That’s over a dollar a day for a scent. Any number of sprays or aerosols would Have done that for 1/8 thr price. Wouldn’t ever buy again unless it was $3.

The scent is really nice at first, but it is done within 2 weeks. They signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, and I canceled it and got confirmation of the cancelation. However, they are STILL sending me notifications that my subscription payment didn't go through (I had switched credit cards in the meantime). Everytime I contact them about it, all they did was confirm that my subscription had been canceled. I finally had to block the emails as I was getting them every second day. I won't be ordering again.

My original order from Drift arrived with no problems, and I really liked the product. I liked it enough that I signed up for automatic renewal and fully intended to continue buying from them. Unfortunately, my renewal order was charged and supposedly sent on August 25, but it never arrived. Drift told me to wait until September 11 and contact them if I still hadn’t received it. I did, and they sent a replacement on September 15. I still have not received either shipment. The most frustrating part is that there is no tracking available, and getting in touch with an actual person is extremely difficult. Their automated customer-service system just keeps offering another replacement, even when I specifically request a refund. I genuinely like the product and would have continued being a customer, which makes this even more disappointing. After two shipments that never arrived and no easy way to speak with someone or get a refund, I don’t feel comfortable continuing my subscription. I’m sharing my experience so other customers are aware of the shipping and customer-service issues I’ve encountered.

Terrible shipping. The AI assistant is not helpful. Every question I asked (I asked 4) it responded by requesting my email address, you would think it would remember after the first time. I asked how do I cancel my subscription (I was just curious) it asked for my email-4th time next thing I know it says subscription cancelled. Funny thing is, I was going to cancel, but I decided to let it go. A week and a half after receiving an email that it shipped, it is still showing it's in New Jersey,

I can't comment on the product, still waiting for order, and also because I realized too late after purchasing that the scent with cinnamon is usually not very safe for my dogs and I do drive them around fairly often. So I emailed support immediately (few minutes after I hit payment), and I know they might take 1-2 days to respond. Two reps responded and gave me the most generic responses without even trying to discuss what else I could do, e.g. maybe I send back the product once it's here to swap the other scent that's more suitable etc. Nope no other discussions at all and just say they're happy to help. In which I got no help and no care, and it's my first purchase with them. So I guess I'll just gift my kit away to someone else.
