Deceptive business! I tried to return my first and LAST order from this company because I didn’t like the scent. It was within their 14 day window and they’re refusing to refund me. Good thing is I purchased on my credit card, so I will definitely be calling my cc to report this company and their fraudulent return policy. I would NOT recommend them. What is even in there scents? Are they non toxic? Doubt it!! You’re paying to inhale some toxic chemicals every month. Don’t purchase.

Lure you into a subscription and not even warn you of it, the scents are lovely for about a week and then gone and when you try and deal with them about getting refunds or even try and contact them for anything they either ignore your email until it's too late to do anything about it and they dispatched your item and then gaslight making you think it's your fault and don't even offer you any response and just ignore your emails even more frankly disgusting and waste of money don't even bother

Awful. They keep charging you even if it was a one-time purchase. The product is not high quality. Cancelling the mandatory subscription is hard.

Very disappointing and concerning experience. The product itself is good, but the company’s billing practices and customer service are unacceptable. I cancelled my subscription and clearly instructed them by email to stop all further billing attempts. Their team even confirmed in writing that no further charges would be attempted. Despite this, they continued trying to charge my credit card. I ultimately had to change my credit card to prevent further unauthorized billing attempts. This is not what I expect from a reputable company. Cancelling a subscription should be straightforward, and customers should not have to take additional measures to stop repeated billing attempts after receiving written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled. Good product, but seriously unacceptable billing practices and customer service. I cannot recommend this company.

Poor quality product fragrance lasts a week at most. They do not make it clear it is a subscription service and refuse to refund when queried. Would definitely not purchase any products from this company and recommend that nobody else does, poor quality & poor service.

If i can leave negative stars I would do it, very frustrating experience. DRIFT makes it incredibly easy to subscribe but unnecessarily difficult to cancel. The cancellation process is confusing and feels intentionally designed to keep customers paying, even the product doesn't last a single week I wouldn’t recommend this company.

The chemical smell is absolutely overwhelming. I wish my husband and would have checked ingredients before buying but. Live and learn. I had a coughing attack 2 times after coming in contact. Awful. Use essential oils not bad chemcials

Thought I would try this since it looked good and seemed like many people liked it. Clicked for a one time purchase...instead received a subscription. Cancelled and so far so good. Received the pine and twilight fragrance. Have two brand new cars only about three months old so the new is gone. Put the pine in mine and seriously only really lasted maybe week and a half to wo weeks then nothing unless you put your nose on it then nice scent. Even in a closed car (garage) just gone! So disappointed
