I’ve tried to cancel my subscription and I was assured it was done after having tons of trouble doing it. Now I get an email saying my next order is on its way. For the second time I’ve given them my info and am hoping to be done with this company. So if you get a subscription, you better make sure you live the stuff because it’s next to impossible to cancel.

Drift refuses to issue a refund for the defective product per their Refund Policy while the product is clearly still within the 14-day refund window.

After seeing the adds on social media I fell and purchased two scents and visor clips for my new car. On my second subscription I noticed ‘rippling’ on both visors on my car, clearly there had been some kind of chemical reaction to the material of the visors. I contacted Drift and after a few days I was asked several patronising questions regarding we’re the scent blocks saturated in oil did I remove any surplus etc. After several months of emails and DM’s, Drift finally admitted liability for the damage photographic proof was sent. Quote from dealer for £315 sent and then nothing for months no response to DM’s. It seemed the only way Drift will deal with you is by leaving a negative content post on various social media platforms. I had at five ‘customer service’ personnel contact me regarding this matter communication in this department is non existent. I’m still waiting for my refund, from late 2025, tbh I don’t think I ever will, very disappointed I will never purchase any Drift product again.

Their customer service needs an upgrade. Missing scent on first order. Tried for 3 weeks to contact but no response. the style and fragrance was great but customer service is horrible. Cancelling subscription.

They signed me up for an unauthorized SUBSCRIPTION, and when you go to their website, there is no way to contact them . . . no HELP email. No email at all. The site just takes you on a wild goose chase but never puts you in contact with anyone. UNETHICAL COMPANY and their product does not even last the month.

I want a refund and how can I speak a real person

Product is terrible. Scent is very strong but only last a few days. Terrible customer service. Took money out my account without me knowing. Subscribed me to a monthly debit without my knowledge. Was a nightmare to cancel and wouldn’t return my money. Never received the product

I did not sign up to a subscription, if I did it really wasn't that clear. Product was way to over powering to start with and then faded really quickly, waste of time and effort wish I'd checked out the reviews
