It's a good product. It's sits out of the way . Not in your face . The smell last a fair while . Simple to change over for a different scent

Firstly, the subscription model in my opinion is underhand. I fell for it as have many people but they sent an email alert, I emailed them back and the subscription was cancelled without fuss. But yes, they should be more upfront about it. That aside, I bought six fresheners and they are great. They’re high quality, they last and they do what they say they do; our cars smell lovely jubbly. I would certainly buy them again but also, the wooden blocks are re-usable so you can buy scents from Amazon for example and re-infuse the block. There is no plastic to go to land fill every month or so. The product is excellent and worth five stars, the subscription model isn’t unless it’s made obvious and people are knowingly subscribing to it so I’ve dropped a star.

I have received the product since I have written this review and it is surprisingly good! Fabulous design and smell. Seems it came from the US hence the long arrival time.

I bought a pack and the received another a month later not having signed up to subscription. I emailed them and within a day they responded,refunded and cancelled any further ..so I’m happy with response

I understand frustration with some about the auto subscription service, it does state when you make a purchase about the auto enrolment, but it could be made clearer to people. I've had no difficulty cancelling this though, the website works absolutely fine and I was able to do this, so I see no issue. Originally bought a twin pack in December, loved the fragrance and design so much, that I ordered more in January, 3 sets of twin packs that were on sale. Unfortunately there was no shipping update after 5 days, I contacted Drift who very apologetic and sent out a free twin pack to compensate - I think that's great customer service, I have received all items now. Overall I'm very happy with the service I've received. As has been noted - do expect a wait for your items (around 2-3 weeks) as they're shipped from NA and not the UK but I think they're worth the wait and look very stylish in the car.
