This product is not for people with asthma and allergic rhinitis. Right after opening the foil package, my nasal passages became completely blocked. I wanted this to work so bad but had to cancel my subscription.

WARNING — leaked oil damaged my Tundra's center console
WARNING — leaked oil damaged my Tundra's center console. I used the Drift air freshener on the provided visor clip as intended. The scent block leaked oil/fragrance onto my 2023 Toyota Tundra's center console, damaging a button and leaving permanent residue I have been unable to remove. I contacted Drift customer service and was told: “We currently do not provide reimbursement for damages outside the visor damage of the car.” I'm posting this so other vehicle owners are aware that an air freshener can potentially cause damage to interior surfaces. Photos attached.

Being billed for no reason
As a one off, I bought an air freshener from Drift, I didn’t SUBSCRIBE or AGREE to any contract claiming that I needed to pay every month, yet I’ve just discovered DRIFT.CO have been charging me monthly, and sending me air fresheners that I don’t want.
The most frustrating part is that it says “Login to your account to cancel the subscription”, so I log in, only to see *No active subscriptions*, meaning there is no way I can cancel the £9.95 they are taking out of my pocket each month.
The fact that the website recognises I am not linked to a subscription just proves I am being billed for nothing, I haven’t ordered any of these, they just arrive at my door. At first, I thought it was a complimentary air freshener, then another arrived, and it seemed a little suspicious. I do not recommend👎

Do not purchase drift
I am disappointed with drift it’s advertised as long lasting up to 30 days but not even 1 day it’ll last I tried it 3 times and this product just sucks will no longer purchase you’re better off with little trees . Maybe because I have leather interior but still not even 1 day of fragrance !I purchased the wood scents so idk maybe the others could be better but I wouldn’t recommend

Very unscrupulous company
Company has decent products but their ordering process and customer service is horrible. Ordered a pair of air freshener for the car and they enrolled me in a monthly subscription. When I questioned the additional order they assured me they canceled it but still charged my credit card and shipped the extra product I didn't order. Impossible to call, only respond to email which should tell you something

This company has atrocious customer…
This company has atrocious customer service. When you place an order it will take 15-20 days to receive it at best. They tell you it is processed within 48 hours. Not true. They then say “it has shipped”. Not true. From the time they say it shipped until I receive it takes at least 10-12 days. There is no shipping that takes that long. Unless of course it is by horse and buggy. There is no reason that the product should be received any longer than a week. I will no longer use Drift. There are a lot of other options out there

Avoid this Company
Much like other reviewers, they auto enroll you in their subscription service and then fail to even notify you of said enrollment. Good luck getting in touch with a human as there is no customer service number to be found. I have emailed them several times to address the issue and they only responded once that the subscription had been cancelled. Chargeback forthcoming.

Scummy business that disguises it's…
Scummy business that disguises it's product as a one off, then enrolls you into a subscription.
I've twice blocked payments to them on my bank, only for them to somehow bypass that and continue charging me. And I never once created an account, so they signed me up without one, making it impossible to cancel for almost an entire year. And only recently did I have the option to activate an account with a sub to cancel.
This should be illegal. This is how to instantly lose credibility as a business and ensure that no-one returns
