⭐ Worst Experience – Be Careful With the Subscription. Worst customer service. They only care about money not customer. Zero stars... I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Drift. My first order took more than 10 days to arrive, even though their website indicated delivery within about 10 days. The fragrances also did not meet my expectations, and I could not find a clear return, refund, or exchange policy on their website. What frustrated me most was the subscription. I did not realize my purchase included a recurring subscription until I was charged again the following month. Drift's website indicated that I would receive an email notification at least three days before a new order, but I did not receive that advance notice. Once I noticed the new charge, I contacted them promptly and asked them to cancel the order. The order had NOT shipped, yet they refused to cancel it because they said it had already been "processed." This is extremely poor customer service. If an order hasn't even shipped and a customer contacts you promptly to cancel—especially after not receiving the stated advance subscription notification—I would expect a customer-focused company to work toward a reasonable solution. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Drift carefully review the subscription terms before purchasing and monitor any recurring charges closely. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue, but so far I have been very disappointed with how my concerns have been handled. Customer satisfaction should matter just as much as making a sale.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I was sent an order I never authorized and had previously confirmed with DRIFT support that I did not have an active subscription. When I contacted them, they canceled the subscription but refused to stop the current order, even though it had not yet shipped. I asked them to resolve the issue or escalate it. They never responded, and a day or two later they shipped the order anyway. No refund or credit options, or even the ability to tailer the order to scents I would even want! This was the second time I’ve had this issue with DRIFT. Very frustrating experience and not a company I’m comfortable trusting with recurring orders or customer information.

Drift is basically a classy scam with nice ads, but I guess I deserved it lol. At least it was a good lesson about impulse buying. I was just casually scrolling through Facebook, saw their ad, and clicked on it. I don’t even remember if it was the original ad, their website, or one of their other “amazing offers,” but somehow I ended up placing a $35 order. Then I checked the confirmation email and realized there was no estimated delivery date. So I went to their website to check the status. And guess what? No email address, no phone number, nothing. The only option is a chatbot that tells you someone will get back to you within 24 hours. So I started digging around the website trying to figure things out myself, and that’s when I realized they had also signed me up for some kind of monthly auto-renewal for around $15. I never replied to their auto-renewal text, never said yes, and don’t remember giving them any other consent to subscribe me. So where am I now? Frustrated over an overpriced car scent that I could probably buy at Walmart or Amazon, with no shipping date after 5 days, no real customer service, and still no explanation for why the hell they signed me up for a monthly subscription without my consent. 😄

I'm giving only one star because I haven't even received the product yet and my review is on the website and company. I absolutely hate when a merchant automatically puts you in a reoccurring subscription. Yes I should have read more but I didn't see it until I had just hit submit for my order. Then I don't know if it was because I was on my phone but the steps to cancel in the FAQ didn't give me the option to cancel. I had to do the chat thing and provide my email. Call me poor/cheap but $15 for my car to smell good for maybe 30 days it's crazy. Only reason I ordered was the discount and I'm giving them as a gift.

Terrible experience — I would not recommend Drift. I ordered thinking I was simply purchasing the product, but later found out I had been enrolled in a “subscription.” When the next order came around, I was charged nearly twice what I paid the first time. The scent itself only lasted about a week before becoming barely noticeable. Reaching customer service was just as frustrating—they’re slow to respond and offered little help or just don’t care about your concerns. For the price, the product isn’t worth it, and the way the subscription and recurring pricing are handled left a terrible impression.

Will auto subscribe and make it as difficult as possible to cancel. Also your next shipment is a lot more expensive than the advertised price. The scent also goes away within a few days. Similar to scents that are a fraction of the cost.
