The block had a strong scent for the first 48 hours then tapered off. It is now a very mild scent. I will try another one with a different scent to see if that is normal. I like the small size and design.

Order and arrival time great! Scents are great smelling but notice they leak. Have to wipe my plug ins about 3 times a month. Also just received a diffuser and not smelling anything. Is there something I am doing wrong with unpacking?

I would like to be able to change my subscription without the support staff. But customer support is helpful. The smells are good but I also not sure they last as long as I like. I would also like Drift to have a recycle option. It seems wasteful.

I think they should be a little stronger for larger rooms. But I do like the clean air scent.

In theory, I love your company… I love the visual and the idea of it… However, when I open 80% of my refills, they are totally an utterly dried out. I’ve had a few that were really full of fragrance oil that worked great but the majority is dry😢
