Took my money for all 4 pieces, but only shipped 1 piece, and the one piece that was shipped was smashed. How can this happen?? Who runs this place? Seeing in all the reviews it's getting more serious about their "problems." Even though cannot see anyone, I pick a strange vibe from them. Sent a message requesting "help," still waiting for a response. I accept the fact of slow shipping, but this?? If I don't hear from them I will dispute the charge with my bank.

I ordered from Dr. Ganja and had to threaten to cancel my order before they finally shipped the product. I tried a new up and coming seller Thcaexpress.com and received my order fast. Smoke is great and prices and quality will keep me coming back.

Update: My order came 3 weeks later (to Austin TX) - regular shipping, not priority which is what I paid for - ripped me off for $15 extra paid for faster shipping. They replied to my emails more than 2 weeks later saying only sorry for the delay and not explaining what the problem was and didn’t even comment on the status of my shipment. No transparency. I’m not impressed. I’ll stick with my other sources who don’t steal from me and who respond to emails and calls. Not buying from Dr G again. Original review: Horrible experience. Spent $150 on product and paid extra for priority shipping. Placed my order on 10/7 and a shipping label was created on 10/9. USPS is still showing they don’t have anything but the shipping label. So it’s been a week and 2 days and nothing. They aren’t responding to my emails and when you call their voicemail tells you to email them and the vmail box is full. Why do people give them good reviews online? Are they all fake? Sadly it doesn’t appear that they are paying attention to TrustPilot. Better Business Bureau is next on my list and then I plan to share this all over social media. I hope you all do the same. Hope you didn’t also get burned by Dr. Ganja.

I have only ordered the thca crumble so far. Good product. Good price. Only reason for not giving 1 star. I have ordered 5 times. The first time they shipped after 2 days. The last 4 orders - 1 to 2 weeks before they even give the order to USPS. They will respond to your inquiry emails after a few days but try and place blame on USPS or anything else they can think of. I will not order from Dr. G anymore unfortunately. If you have no issues paying for something and then waiting 2+ weeks for it to ship, then best of luck to you.

How cán you have a successful business when you don't take care of your customers in a efficient and timely and professional manner.....if you don't value your customers transactions professionally will crash and burn their are other cannabis companies that deliver in a timely and professional manner step up or step off

I can confirm the shipping issues expressed here. I've ordered from Dr. Ganja twice, and both times my order has sat for a week or more (the second order 10 days!) before shipping. The prices are reasonable, but not outrageously good, and they certainly don't justify the long shipping limbos. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. The only reason I chose "two stars" is because I did actually receive what I ordered, so it's not an out-and-out scam. Just a very poorly run company.

Shipping times are atrocious. I contacted Dr ganja it took them ages to reply when they did reply they said my order may have been misplaced I noticed it was only after I complained at them my order started moving The products are really good value for money I would love to use this company more bug they need to work on their international shipping times. 💚

So they at least do ship their products, but service is nearly non existent, it seems there’s zero structure in customer support even in the support that they do have. Only since last year I started getting trouble with orders. Last 2 from a year back and 2.5 months back not received. Previous orders however usually arrived in 1-1.5 months, sometimes even earlier. (Even when covid was trending) It was said; “if anything you’ll get a refund” - I confirmed that was a good solution, and they said it would be checked. That was 1 week ago. No response after, be careful when ordering - i wouldn’t recommend - but if you do be sure you have the option to charge back if they mess it up and don’t have customer support. Maybe there are some problems causing them not to be able to refund - that’s okay - so I suggested a reship but no response. If you see this I’d appreciate help to solve this issue - but I doubt drganja will. If you do i can update this review with a follow up. Not responding to calls, emails. After messages on their Instagram account and dms I got left on read multiple times, often a week at a time. At least they were seeing my messages. And they don’t respond - feelsbadman. Even though I dislike it, I’ll probably be charging back next week - still have an old order that’s gone - doubt I will get a reship or refund on that one. Be careful!
