Shipping to the UK is expensive… but so worth it!
Shipping to the UK is expensive, but it was so worth it! “The Most Fun Oversized Cardigan” is honestly one of the nicest garments I have ever purchased. The quality is amazing and I will definitely be purchasing from here again

Amazing Sweaters
The quality of the two sweaters I purchased exceeded my expectations. So soft and made with attention to every detail. The customer service is unlike any I've experienced with online companies. They immediately answered my numerous emails and made sure I knew my sweater was en route. Also, the delivery time was super fast.

Five Star Customer Service Experience
Customer service is always top notch, very quick to respond and can troubleshoot any questions. The shipping is always prompt and on time, return policy is super easy and overall, their designs are so cool, so fresh and high quality that I feel like I am wearing a one of a kind piece.

I NEEDED these pants in my life!
I went to Las Vegas last year on my birthday and saw a woman walking by with these gorgeous sequin pants! I told her I needed these pants in my life and asked where she bought them from. She said "dressedinlala.com." I decided to order the pants for my birthday. There was a box that popped up and offered a 10% discount for signing up for the email list. I didn't receive a 10% discount code but I ordered the pants anyways and emailed the support team about the 10% code. I received a response with a coupon code. I advised I already made the purchase and Dressed In Lala Customer Service processed a 10% refund back to my card. Thank you Shyanne and Jenna in customer service for going above and beyond! Excellent customer service! I received my disco sequin pants exactly on time in a gorgeous Dressed In Lala style packaging. These pants are everything I dreamed of and more! They definitely look like the picture, an absolute sequin dream come true. They feel great, a nice comfortable fit. They are a little longer so you would need to wear shoes with a little height. It makes me happy just looking at them. I will be looking for any occasion to wear these amazing pants to. Thank you for making my birthday extra special!

I had my original order lost in transit…
I had my original order lost in transit and everyone apart of the customer service team was so helpful and kind during this process. They were able to resend and get it to me with 2 day shipping to make sure I had it in time for my vacation. I was so pleased with how my situation was handled and definitely will recommend everyone to buy from Lala. :)

Fantastic quality
Fantastic quality! The World is Yours Kimono- I usually wear a L/XL- ordered the same with this and it fits perfect, not too big and the quality is beyond belief! Heavy fabric, lined, great design and the sleeve cuffs are like those on an athletic letter jacket- I ordered on a Friday and received the following Tuesday.

Excellent customer service and quality clothing
I purchased a sweater for my teenage son for Christmas in November. I gave it to him for Christmas and apparently it wasn't his style but he didn't want to hurt my feelings so he did not tell me. Our lives are busy with one of my other kids having a newborn and going through chemo and 2 1/2 months passed before I got around to asking him about the sweater. When he finally told me it wasn't his style, we were 50 days past the return window of 30 days. I sent an email to customer service requesting that I be able to return the item and I got a response immediately that said they were happy to accept the return and they generated a link for me to return it easily. Very impressed with their customer service and their flexibility not to mention the sweater and other that I received were of great quality and just as described! I highly recommend this business and I love their stylish clothing! A++
