My skirt went missing in delivery but Teegan helped me out immediately and sent a replacement. Customer service is super responsive, helpful and takes an interest in the customer. I received a replacement within the week and the skirt is fabulous. I would definitely shop with Dressed in Lala again. Special thanks to Teegan and Ava!

Customer service is top notch. When there was a delaying in shipping, I reached out to the customer service team, received an immediate response, with options to resolve the issue. Not only is their clothing the most inspired out there, turns out the customer service team rocks too. 5 stars all around for dressed in lala.

I’m a 42 year old 6ft 2in tall mom who loves fashion and fun clothing. I discovered Dressed in LALA from my friend Suzy on Instagram. She shared a rad outfit and I was hooked! I own 3 sweatshirts, 3 t shirts and a hat! I feel confident in her clothes and like I can tackle the world! Thank you LALA! I always get compliments on your clothes when I wear them! I wish I had business cards to hand out! lol PS. Her clothes are so well made, my mom who was a great seamstress is beyond impressed! Clothes will last you a lifetime! Eliza

Hi Eliza, Thank you so much for this amazing message! We absolutely loved reading it. It means everything to hear that our pieces make you feel confident and ready to take on the world — that's exactly the kind of energy we hope to bring with every design. We’re so glad Suzy helped you discover us — and wow, what a collection you’ve already started! Hearing that even your mom, a talented seamstress, is impressed by the quality truly means the world to us. We put so much heart into every piece, and knowing it's resonating with you (and getting compliments!) is the best kind of feedback. We might just need to get those business cards made for you — official LALA ambassador vibes! Thanks again for all the love and support.

I have soooo many beautiful pieces from Lala!! So cute, stylish, soft, and some stretchy! Only advice is to please read the sizing! She makes some pieces oversized and some pieces are true to size!! I have been buying Lala for years and she’s a small business owner making her way in the fashion industry. I can’t say enough on how much I love her style!

Hi Sarah, Thank you so much for your kind words and continued support. We're thrilled to hear that you love your Lala pieces and that they’ve become staples in your wardrobe. Great point about the sizing—since some items are designed to be oversized and others are more true to size, checking the sizing details really helps make sure you get the perfect fit. It truly means the world to have loyal customers like you who’ve been with us over the years. Thank you for supporting a small business and being part of the Lala journey. xx, Dressed in Lala Team
