I had delivery and quality issues. DLL was quick to answer and offer helpful solutions to this. Their products are so unique and fun and comfortable. I've been living in a matching set that I bought. This company prioritizes quality to detail, truly fun pieces, and really fantastic customer service.

Love this clothing line! Such quality and fun clothing. As a 60 year old I always find something to brighten my day and share the magic with others. Today I reached out to customer service for support and they went above and beyond to support me as I made a mistake on my order.

I love Dressed in Lala clothing. So unique and stylish. I also more than any, love the fact that their customer service is top notch. Which makes me feel at ease knowing they care for their customers and want to continue to please both in fashion as well as superior customer service.

I absolutely love this clothing line. The designs are fresh and funky as all get out. Do your closet a favor, add some life to it! It checks all the boxes. Playful and fun to the max. So happy I found it.

Ava was lovely, prompt, and expert with helping to fix my issue. The website was also easy to submit a ticket for assistance. While I wish the auto populated address during the order process did a USPS validation check, that is hardly anyone’s issue (and I should have checked before submitting). Thank you for providing a simple, direct, and helpful way to seek support - that seems rarer and rarer these days and working with people like Ava 100% make loyal customers (I am a first time buyer and will 100% consider additional purchases in the future). Thanks!

Hi Jess, Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. We are so happy to hear Ava was able to take great care of you. We will absolutely pass along your kind words to her. It means a lot that you found the support process simple and helpful, because that is exactly what we aim for. We also truly appreciate your feedback about the auto populated address and USPS validation. Input like this helps us continue improving the experience for everyone. We are so grateful you chose Lala for your first purchase, and it means the world that you would consider shopping with us again. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. 🖤 xx, Dressed in Lala Team

I recently discovered LALA and have already made several orders—safe to say I’m obsessed. The quality is absolutely chef’s kiss. I also want to give a huge shout-out to their customer service department. I ran into a small shipping issue, and they were friendly, responsive, and resolved everything quickly. It made the entire experience even better. 10/10 recommend ✨
