I bought a DREO 12000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner via Amazon UK. It arrived promptly and works brilliantly. I had a query with the unit (NOT a fault), and the response I had to my email was almost instantaneous! They also followed this up a day or so later. So, very highly impressed with their service - I wish more companies were modelled like this!

J'ai acheté le ventilateur sur pied silencieux pour chambre. 8 vitesses et super silencieux jusqu'à la vitesse 3 ( ce qui est suffisant pour dormir) Et ce qui ne gâche rien, il est très esthétique en version noire. Je l'ai acheté via Amazon. Comme c'était la canicule, il était en rupture de stock, mais je l'ai reçu sous 8 jours.

Just got my tower fan and I must say I’m impressed with the quality and design of the product. It fits easily in one corner of our front room, without taking too much space and it covers the entire room easily with the draft. It has various functions which I’ve tested, like fan speed, sleep mode, quiet mode, WiFi setup. All worked brilliantly and I’m really happy with price-quality

I bought the smart heater for my bathroom. Only regret is not purchasing it sooner. Absolutely like everything about it. Will be purchasing another one for my home office.

The product is a bit expensive, for what it is, but I am really glad that they decided to provide a stainless version of the tray. Also, the shipping was SUPER fast. The tray looks to be well made, but only time will tell...
