I have recently bought a misting fan it’s called tower misting fan 716s. For some weird reason the screen doesn’t screw in properly it keeps spinning I belive the groove it’s suppose to go in its worn out and this was a brand new box. I contacted DREO about it the girl that I spoke to Andrea didn’t understand the situation she offered me £20 refund and a replacement screw for this product the screw itself is fine so is the fan it’s the base due to which it’s very wobbly and not stable lucky I don’t have kids or someone would get seriously injured £20 doesn’t resolve the issue. Andrea couldn’t understand what the problem was she offered me a solution to get me off her back. For a £200 gadget the engineering on this product is absolutely terrible stressful had I been an elderly person I’d have had so much stress due to this. The active issue here is fan is not stable and is very dangerous for people walking nearby. DREO if you’re seeing this I’d like a replacement product or a partial refund.

I Purchased a Nomad Tower Fan which on opening box 2 rubber feet out of the four from the base were missing (it was a sealed box) I contacted DEO customer services direct to request these 2 rubber partsfor the base be sent to me. Unfortunately they do not have spare parts but suggested I took it back for a refund which I don’t want or the hassleto do and the fan itself is good Deo keep sending support e mails asking if they have resolved the issue As I have explained to them is all I am asking is for these parts not compensation of 10% then 20% refund or returning it.

Poor business ethics. Unfortunately, bought a second but did not need it after discussions at home. I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND your business. It's better to buy from American Company eg Home Depot etc.

I ordered a Dreo Humidifier for my bedroom; it leaked and ruined my hardwood floors. My friend who had referred me, also ordered a Dreo and her humidifier also leaked ruining her hardwood floors. I have called Dreo to rectify this problem and they will not acknowledge or do anything to remedy the problem. For two people to have the same issue is very upsetting.

I used to love this company and their products until I bought a humidifier (my second) that (after several months) I realized had a faulty hydrometer rendering the important “auto” function inoperable. I called DREO customer support and they DID NOTHING TO HELP…promised to call me back for trouble-shooting…nothing. Called back, complete incompetence…and total customer abandonment. Amazing how quickly a company you trust and admire morphs into a company you will never do business w again. Good luck w DREO when their products fail cause you’re on your own. One last thing: When companies don’t even monitor/address 1-start reviews (DREO does not) it means one thing: They don’t care about their customers.

For starters, they sent the wrong heater. We ordered the bigger version, they sent the small. So we paid for a big one, got a small one. We said 'eff it' winter is starting now and we need it! So we used it and about 5/6 weeks in, the heater was not putting out the amount of heat it had been. Now, here we are, winter is NOT over and it no longer works. It turned off on its own and has never turned back on again. So this company is not on my top list and i am going to verbally spread the word as well. Wasted money on a heater, that i didnt technically get, then it crapped out before the winter season even ended!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of money. Please make sure to shop around and not get something that looks nice and one person said was great. WORST HEATER EVER!

The electric consumption is way too high on your electric bill I was shocked terribly when I got my energy bill. Stay away from this Dreo Tower heater it is really bad, eats up electric like a Lion Seriously

This company has customer service that is useless. For the customers who actually got good customer service, you were lucky those employees actually worked for those times they were paid. No warranty support either.
