I purchased a ceramic heater and I was super happy with my purchase. However, the ceramic heater stopped working after about 8 months of use. I remember I had an active warranty and reached out to a customer service representative. I was able to get a refund promptly. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service. I will be using the money received from the refund to purchase another ceramic heater from Dreo.

I have a DREO air circulator fan and it's perfect! Quiet, easy to control all sorts of settings from an app, and looks stylish. My cat sits in front of it in warm weather. Then I got a humidifier which is also easy to use and produces a fine mist (and my cat likes this too!)

The fan came fast. It is so quiet we sometimes wonder if it’s on but it is bc we can feel the amazing breeze.

Er was helaas wat mis tussen de adapter en de ventilator waardoor de stroomtoevoer niet goed verliep en de ventilator soms uitviel. Tracy van Dreo heeft me binnen een paar geholpen en gezorgd voor een vervangend product. Niet eindeloos discussiëren maar gewoon adequaat handelen als fabrikant, TOP!
