EVERYTHING! The sleep study was easy and doesn't interfere with quality of sleep. I started using the mouth guard designed for sleep apnea and redid my sleep study and found out that the mouth guard improved my sleep and resolved my apnea. Having online appts is very convenient and yet personal. 100% loved this process and would recommend this service to everyone.

From the very first virtual consultation, the provider took time to understand my symptoms and explain what to expect. The at‑home sleep study kit arrived quickly, was comfortable to wear, and was incredibly easy to use — far simpler than I anticipated. Once the study was complete, they reviewed my results in detail during a follow‑up visit.
