good pricing and prompt delivery

Joe was very helpful in helping me make the right decision on my new fireplace. The price was also very competitive in comparison to other units the same size. His customer service is highly rated and regarded. The shipping was fast(7-10 days). One section of the chimney pipe came damaged and he replaced it immediately and sent me the tracking info.

They had a live person doing a chat with me about the electric fireplace my wife and I were interested in on a Sunday. We ended up buying it. There was a mishap with the shipper so I called later in the day on a Monday and Boom, they got right on it and fixed it with the shipper. We love this fireplace.

Jake was so helpful and very pleasant to work with. We received our full order within a week, so much quicker than anticipated. It is beautiful and we are so happy! Would recommend to anyone!

I couldn't be more happy with Dreamwood Living than I am! Jack went above and beyond helping me with all of my questions. He personally answered the phone no matter the time of day. You will not be disappointed!!!
