It was easy to create a book for my grandson. I edited the pictures easily and also asked for help which was simple and successful. I am very pleased with the final version and ordered 2 episodes for Christmas. My grandson will love seeing himself in the adventures and I think this will make him more interested in reading.

I would recommend going through your photos on your phone and creating a folder of five favorites of each person you plan to include in the book. We had the main character we were gifting the book to +2 additional family members in each book. The books arrived and they are going to be a huge hit for Christmas.

TRASH!! My book came yesterday and the pages of it, were falling out!! My grandsons picture isn’t centered the first few pages, it looks a mess!! I wish i could insert the video!! I tried to reach out to customer service and they had me waiting on a rep!! I never “spoke “ to anyone! SAVE YOUR MONEY, IT’S NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Customer service is close to none. It takes forever to get a response and they take forever to fix their error. A small company like this should be taking customer service as a priority. I love the idea of family members becoming characters in the book series and I was expecting better...I have no received my books but I hope it comes our good.....

I submitted my request weeks ago with very clear pictures. I got a review within days, but the illustrations were so off from what I submitted that it was absolute obvious there was no human oversight to the AI process. I asked over and over for a customer service to get in touch with me and they didn’t get in touch with me for weeks. Finally, as my child’s birthday neared, I asked to cancel my order and got an immediate response. I got a pretty canned email response about how they’re going to look into what happened, weeks later. There is no human oversight to this process unless you threatened to cancel. That’s why I’m giving them two out of five is because they canceled my order promptly without giving me too much hassle. Otherwise the service is abysmal. I’m fairly certain the positive reviews are all fake, if you read them carefully. Thanks for ruining my kid’s birthday gift.
