I absolutely love the DreamSofa couch I purchased a year ago. The cushions still feel the exact same as they did from the day I got the couch. The fabric is really high quality, the frame of the couch is extremely sturdy, overall, I'm glad I bought a DreamSofa couch. I initially was nervous spending a premium amount of money on a couch I haven't seen yet, but all of my research led me back to DreamSofa for a high quality couch. I'm glad I upgraded the cushion quality too because I believe that has played the biggest role in my couch looking as great as it does 1 year later. It took about 3 months from when I ordered the couch to when it arrived but the wait was well worth it. I have spilt a few things on the couch over the year and every time, I've been able to effectively clean the fabric and it's come out every time. However, my favorite part of the couch is how it simultaneously is a couch that looks, feels, and sits proper, but as soon as the guests leave, it is a couch I can comfortably lounge on in the most slouched position haha. The whole experience from beginning to end was so simple and easy. Great customer service. We have a small living room and needed something sturdy, knowing a toddler would be using it as a primary play thing. This couch has held up so well in the 1.5 years we have had it, with no sign of giving up yet. Even grown ups have partaken in "toddler play" (jumping and running on the couch) and it holds up. It vacuums and cleans well, is easy to move if we need to, and is comfortable to sit or sleep on. We have nothing but praise!

I came across this company after a friend sent me a link to the website Insider’s Guide to Furniture. The author of the site, Jeff, specifically recommended this company for people looking for a sofa sleeper. He also shared advice on how to customize the sofa to make it both comfortable and durable. It took a while for the sofa to arrive, but I absolutely love it. It’s deep, sturdy, and heavy in the best possible way. Aside from my mid-century antiques, I’ve never encountered this level of quality in new furniture. I feel really lucky to have stumbled across this brand and couldn’t be happier with the sofa.

Overall, we’re really happy with our sofa! Delivery took a little longer than expected, but the build quality makes it well worth the wait. The cushions are very full and substantial—they definitely require a little time to break in, but to me, that’s a great sign they’ll hold their shape and last for years. The sleeper mechanism and mattress are genuinely comfortable and easy to use for guests, too. The fabric we chose has minor pilling, but it’s very minimal and not an issue for us. A solid, comfortable piece of furniture we're pleased with.

I bought 2 sofas from DreamSofa. DreamSofa makes a high quality sofa with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I upgraded to the Wave cushion as recommended, which I found to be too stiff. The cushions also were a bit wider than the width of the sofa base causing them to stick up in the middle where the cushions met. DreamSofa offered to remake the cushions in the Cloud comfort level and will be sending them.

I did so much research when I was looking to purchase a new sofa. I read reviews and every bit of info I could find on my various options. I ordered a bunch of samples from Dreamsofa and was convinced I know what I'd order. After what seemed like forever, (totally my impatience) my samples arrived and I was so completely wrong. I had randomly ordered the Andrew fabric in the shade lemon drop. It was perfection and everything that I didn't even realize I wanted. It's actual sunshine in a couch. From there, I deliberated over the sofa style in size for a week or so. The Brussels panel sofa was the one I just couldn't get out of my brain, so I finally took the plunge and ordered it. Was it expensive? Absolutely, but the quality was supposed to be so good that I could measure it in pennies per day if I can make this thing last for about 15 years. My goal was to "buy it for life" and I think we're going to make it. It's beautiful and so comfortable. My cats have claimed it for their own and one always steals my corner spot if I happen to get up. The ordering process was mostly simple, though I did have to contact customer service to ensure the correct fabric was ordered as it had been taken off the website by the time I placed my order. They were very responsive and kept me in the loop during the process. They were even able to let me add the white glove service after I realized I didn't want to deal with unpacking it all myself. Do yourself a favor and get that. They get in and out so quickly and leave your house clean of boxes and packaging. I love this couch. My only regret is not getting a bigger one. I'll probably remedy this by ordering a matching chair instead.

We love our Dreamsofa! The option of customizing the size of our sectional helped us complete our space exactly as we wanted. White glove delivery service was perfect.

Ordering a custom sofa took some effort on our part, but we got exactly the size and quality we needed from DreamSofa. Customer service kept us informed throughout, and the delivery was smooth—even with some challenging corners to maneuver around. This sofa gets a lot of daily use; it's not just our relaxation space, but where I work with my laptop all day. I'm writing this after having the sofa for some time, and it's still in excellent shape, with only a slight loss of cushion firmness in the most-used areas. We would absolutely order from them again, and we have recommended DreamSofa to several friends.
