We bought two sofas from Dreamsofa.com and we are absolutely 100% satisfied. Unfortunately second sofa got scratched during delivery ( which can happened) but Karla from DreamSofa.com was extremely helpful and professional with the repairing process. During unwrapping process the arm rest got scratched so we had to exchange the piece of the fabric. Karla found us a company which came and picked up the piece of our new sectional from our house and did the repairing process in a professional warehouse. After fixing it they brought back the piece in perfect condition and of course the scratch was gone. Dreamsofa.com covered the repairing cost. Karla arrange everything. The whole process was very professional, understanding, helpful, polite and super nice !!! Dreamsofa.com is not only making great furniture but also the company is made by great people who really care about their customers!!! It was a great choice to buy two couches from them! I absolutely love my new sofa! The color choices are beautiful. I had a difficult time picking out the color I wanted. I love the fact it's made to order. The quality is second to none. I love you can pick the level of firmness for your cushions. It is the most comfortable sofa I have ever have. I will buy from them again!

We needed a quality, stylish sofa sleeper, and after looking everywhere, I chose Dream Sofa because their wide array of custom options (styles and fabrics), the fact that their product is made in Los Angeles, and they were able to deliver in a timely manner. It was a pleasure interacting with their customer service representatives who were both helpful, friendly, and thorough. I received beautiful fabric samples very quickly and was able to place my order for the style I wanted even before I was able to make up my mind about the fabric. This ensured that the sofa would begin construction. Customer service made their best efforts to ensure that I would receive my sofa by the date I needed, and they were able to deliver on time as they hoped. When there was a small issue with my order request, they moved very quickly to accommodate me, were very professional, and they made sure I was a satisfied client. The sofa delivery was seamless, and the sofa itself is BEAUTIFUL, well-made, not to mention very comfortable! My father who was visiting for Thanksgiving and staying with me slept on it and never complained once. He said he slept very comfortably. I am so pleased with Dream Sofa, and I highly recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again in the future!

I received my new sofas and they are absolutely beautiful. They are well built and so comfortable. Marissa was fantastic in helping me with my selection and very reassuring as I was somewhat afraid about ordering without actually seeing what I was getting. When I woke up in a sweat after placing my order she quickly made my changes without any questions. I would highly recommend this company. So many options-it makes getting the sofa you are dreaming of a breeze!
